Hiii,
I'm so sorry for make this as new thread.


I am getting error message after downloading the game client and instaling the game when I try to update. It says "The connection with the server was reset".

Please help me. Thanks before.

Hello Fans,

I hope it could be helpful to solve your problem.

Please following the step as below.

1. Make sure that you should close any running Anti-virus tool before running GE client.

2. Open a updater.revisions.txt(as admin right)
- you can find it GE installed folder.

3. Check the number and change the number below than current.
ex) In case the number is "1154" then change it as 1150 or 1152, as an even number.

4. Rerun client then begin to download patch file 1150 or 1152 again.

If none of thoes are not working then do not hesitate to submit a ticket.

Hello Biao,

It seems your internet connection have a problem.
Please reboot your router and do it once again.

If it still doesn't work then please send "updater.config.xml" file to support@eurogamez.eu (support@eurogamez.eu).
You can find that file at GE installed folder.

Hope it can be helpful to solve your problem.
