    Exactly it's just fraude and deception. I'd suggest GM team make compensation fast before it goes to court. The violation of your own terms of sale is a serious case.

    Suing them won't work unless you want to deal with hiring an international lawyer + fees + court case. By then you would lose a lot of time and money. Plus you have to prove it's false advertising or bait and switch. Which is hard to sue for unless you want spend your time and money just to sue them. Trust me it's not worth your time trying sue these guys. They will bring in IMC's top defense lawyers and dismiss the case.

    Regardless of any of that, doesn't change the fact that people will be less tempted to purchase cash shop items now.

    All you guys can do is boycott all the Cash Shop Events for now on.

    You could easily win a compensation in small claims court & get reimbursement + interest but you would have to do with no lawyer otherwise u wouldn't get 1 hour of the lawyers time back from them. And it would take hours upon hours to do your case just to get like 20 bucks before small claims court fee.




    You know in Warframe if they mess up and the relic packages don't drop the new keys they say they drop (happens every patch lol) they give you the relic packages again once its fixed and let you keep the old bugged rewards you got so you basically get double the relic packs. That is how games are supposed to compensate for bugs.

    GEEU also did in the past, but now just no effort on their part to compensate anymore. "Sorry" is not enough lol, and every time something like this all they can say is sorry (it happens often), that's quite unfair for those who made a purchase .

    Exactly, GEEU should be more humble and make some PRACTICAL compensations instead of saying "sorry sorry sorry".
    We players ain't fool, we can forgive you once or twice but if GEEU messes up the events/typos whichoever mistakes, GEEU should have better attitude and make compensations ACTIVELY.

    Learn from other successful games and get long-term vision. Take notes from sge and T3.

    You are having this game running cuz we love this game, which doesnt mean we love how GEEU team runs it.
