Events related sales

I wish to suggest events related sales in Cash Shop and/or Item Shop.
Example: Currently we are having a Violet and Weapon Event. It requires farming of lots of Growth Boosters. During such an event, it'll be win-win for GEEU to sell Field Manuals.

I browsed thru Item Sale and Cash shop and it's a pity this item is not on sale.

Isn't there any way to get that manuals in-game shop of any NPC?

Not that I know of. There is Boosting Package in Feso shop and Tactic Manual in Cash Shop. I don't see Field Manual in Cash Shop, Feso shop or Web Item shop.
