[GEEU] Patch and Maintenance Notice - (08:00~11:00 CEST, 9th of July 2019)

On 9th of July 2019 tomorrow, GEEU Game Server will be down for the patch and maintenance like below.


- GEEU game server down: From 08:00 till 11:00 (CEST)


[Update Contents]

1. Ornella Skill problem will be fixed. (PEN -30 is a tooltip error and will be fixed soon)

2. Master Sergeant Barrel's normal attack damage will be recovered by 75% degree from the damage before 30.93.37 update. But this will be a temporary setting for the no-notice situation and it will be followed by the Korean balance setting at next big update.

3. Archbishop's normal attack animation problem will be fixed. - added.

4. Wreckage of Heaven Way mission problem will be fixed. - added.


[Event Contents]

1. Boosting Event will be running during 1 week !!

2. Miha/Miho Costume Sales Event will be finished.



We are sorry about the situation of Master Sergeant Barrel's damage decrease situation without proper notice on 30.93.37 update. Notice has been skipped by mistake and we recover the damage at some degree.

Our server's MSB damage was set too high by mistakes and it needs to be arranged in near future.
The nerfed MSB damage still good in Korean server and MSB is very popular in Korean server too now.
The Balancing is very complicated issue and we better to follow the Developer's setting.


As for the compensating the situation, we will run the boosting event during 1 week and hope people to enjoy the situation.

Some chars are way too overpriced at MM...

So technically MSB got higher damage on GEEU compared to KGE or other servers, and it`s a bug (wrong numbers put)? Like modern LB releases often have one-shot bazillions of damage in WxPVP?
If so, i don`t really understand why GEEU did such stuff. While no one will complain about it, it`s technically putting GEEU`s MSB on a higher tiers then KGE MSB, simply because some ppl are mad about losing their expensive toy?
If that was a planned nerf from KGE (like KGE MSB got the same nerf during the balance updates)... once again, why complain? We`re getting MSB on the powerlevel IMC planned him to be. It`s not like GEEU MSB is nerfed harder then KGE`s, right?

Like... I understand that the fact that IMC (or GEEU) did it without putting it to patch notes is annoying. I feel sad for ppl who bought MSB for ~10b a week before he`s getting suddenly nerfed... But isn`t IMC doing such stuff as nerfing the current god-tier DPS every single time?

Well technically he isn't "nerfed", more like fixed (since according to GEEU, it is only our server's version who is dealing way more damage than intended). BUT I hate that now players have to be careful when buying newly released characters since if they are OP (we just assume it's by design due to powercreep), they can be adjusted suddenly and their economic value upon release is totally miscalculated. Do IMC even test these characters before release to see their damage output vs current charcters. Like CSC,CC,CodeL,etc. totally ruined wxpvp fixed back in the day and now it's still going on.

Well this is confusing, I don't get it how IMC messed up with the same char in KGE and EU.
It means KGE would make an announce espeically for the "bugged" MSB in GEEU or just pretend it never happened before but ninja-nerf it with the new patch? Is there gonna be an official explanation with before&after stats? Otherwise it's like deliberately tricking players into paying high price without even giving official notice. (Well...with official notice it's a marketing strategy)

Also, GM open a char sale pls, for all chars summon stone!

Exactly, ppl pays tons of money to buy a char because how OP it is when it's released, without knowing it is actually a bug that will get corrected later. From now on, just need to careful with any OP character released, as it might very well eat a huge nerf/correction due to a later announcement stating it is a bug.. *shrugg*
